Learning to Lead Like Barnabas

Scripture Focus: Acts 11:22-24

Barnabas did not build ministry around himself. He strengthened others, identified grace at work, and opened doors for emerging leaders. Christian leadership must move from ego to stewardship.

In our seminary community, we are called to build people, not platforms. Encouraging one struggling student, mentoring a younger believer, or affirming a faithful worker can shape the future of ministry in ways we may never fully see.

• Pray for someone else's ministry growth.
• Choose service over recognition.
